Stupid ?
If you're not having a regular cycle- is there a way to start charting tomorrow- or do you have to wait for a new cycle? I have been waiting forever to get another . so I can start taking this seriously but it's never coming!!!!!

Just start charting. Make a note on the chart as to what day in your cycle the first day of temps represents.

just start charting now..... this way you can get a feel of what its like and also you will be able to see what the end of your cycle was last time compared to a new cycle next time!
