Strollers, BOB, meltdown---I went berserk last night

I'm getting a snap'n'go

and a maclaren quest (light weight for toddlers)



but to do long walks, excercise (walk/jog), vacations,...something more rugged-- I think I need one more in addition to the snap'n'go....

so last night I registered for the BOB revolution stroller (in black)....I went crazy and started reading reviews and looking at strollers at midnight to 2am....W-T-F is wrong w/me?



I liked this after looking around



I don't know if its the hormones, and the fact that our furnace is almost dead and we have to buy a new one and its so effing cold in general....but I feel like I'm having a meltdown

who cares when you looked at reviews, etc...you did it and now you have a choice that you are happy with!

MELT down if you have to - but know we'll be here to mop you up :)



eta: please note i'm not saying who cares, like, no one cares about you - but more like, you had the energy to do it, who cares when it got done...

With all the baby stuff out there, choices, information, safety, health, cost, etc. etc. etc. its enough to make anyone have a meltdown.

Oh I can so relate. Don't worry melt downs seem to come with the terrritory. I was up from 2am-4am having a meltdown about flooring for the babies room.

Don't feel bad - I can see this sort of thing happening to me veryyy soon! I am having the beginnings of stroller/car seat/infant seat anxiety! I think as long as you made a choice you're happy with, it doesn't matter when it came to you

Sometimes I don't know how bad I'd feel w/out this board

I think sometimes you can get sucked in w/all the "stuff"--like someone said, safety, $, etc

I thank you for doing the research because now, thanks to you, I know exactly which jogging stroller to register for.

I am the research queen and I can totally understand where you are coming from.

I think your stroller choices are excellent -- that's exactly what I had for my first -- snap 'n go for infant stage, Quest for when he's older and going into the city or to the mall, and BOB for the neighborhood or trips to parks, zoos, etc. I found this to be the perfect combination.

I think strollers were the hardest thing...DH said it was more stressful and harder than buying a car!

I have the BOB revolution for my DD and I LOVE it!!! We live in a really hilly area and it glides perfectly over every bump!!!

yeah the strollers are definitly the hardest to figure out, because you want to be happy with it.
The jogger is great for walks and running. Congrats on being able to make your decision.
