Strollers?
Which stroller are you getting? I've been researching and reading up on them in Baby Bargains, but I still just can't decide!

Re: Strollers?
The Quattro Tour travel system- it's made by Graco and comes with the Snugride infant seat (one of the only one's that passed the Consumer Reports test)

Me too..LOL
Im confident with the snap and go and the safety for that price cant be beat...but the graco I have heard great reviews about and I tested at BRU And its sooooo light...so hopefully I will just stick to it.

This is what we got as well. I initially had the Tour Deluxe but exchanged it for the regular Tour and Snugride.

I an getting the metrolite too I think. Just tried one out -- 2002 -- lots of wear and tear and the woman wanted $100. I offered her $50 but no go so I will get it new.

Re: Strollers?
I think the Metrolite travel system comes with a Snugride..... I would've registered for it, but my SIL already did and I didn't want to "copy".

Re: Strollers?
Im just getting the metro lite stoller..NOT the travel system.
The travel system is compatable with the snug ride, but I already have the snug ride and keep in mind the travel system metrolite is heavier then the regualr stroller and not "lightweight"....

Re: Strollers?
I got the metrolite and the snugride separately, and also the snap n go. I wish I got a different stroller, because with DS at 7 months, we've only really used the snap n go. And now that he's about to come out of it, I wish I got a lighter stroller. I think I'm going to be getting a new one, which means this one is probably a waste for me.

Re: Strollers?
I registered for the Snap N Go and the MacLaren Quest. I wanted something that wasn't bulky and both of these seem to fit the bill.

we have this from the '05 line and while I love the durability and manuevering....I find the stroller to be heavy and it takes up alot of room in the back of my Chevy Tahoe.
I WISH I had gotten a smaller, lighter weight stroller.

Re: Strollers?
The metrolite is MUCH lighter than the Quatro and is nearly the same weight as the Snap & Go. Mine is 3 years old and still in great shape. Most strollers are heavier than it, unless you get one of those $15 umbrella strollers. those are super lite. You really need to try and play with the strollers in the store before you buy one. lift it, see if you can close it easily. How is the basket? Can you adjust the seat quickly. Those are all really important.

I should say smaller instead of lighter. I have an Audi A4 and fitting it into my car is a nightmare!!!

Re: Strollers?
We registered for the Graco Metrolite with the snugride being separate (Emerson pattern too). Still debating about the snap and go.
