stroller recommendation for almost 4yo and newborn
i'm due next month and I have an almost 4 yo and my SIL thinks I need a double stroller. However I don't want the bulkiness. I prefer to use a single snap and go. Of course the background to the story is that I had lendt my snap n go to same SIL and she sold it. I honestly just wish I had my old snap n go and then if I found I need later on I would get it.
(sorry about the vent)
What do you think is best in your experience????

What about the snap and go that has the seat (sit and stand)? That should hold you over for at least 6-9 mos, then just use a regular stroller once the LO is ready for that, and the 4 YO (almost 5, at this point, right?) could just walk by then?

DS is 3 DD is 6 months. I was using the snap-n-go I had from DS & I bought from BBB the buggy board $50 with coupon to attach to it so DS could stand. It is working out great. Now DD is going to be out of the infant seat I bought a Maclaren Twin Triumph and I love it. It is very lightweight & both seats recline. I did not want to spend alot I purchased it new on ebay for $200.

I would email her and say that you were disappointed to learn that she sold the stroller you lent her without speaking with you as you wanted it back. Since she sold it you would like her to purchase a new one for you. And I would no longer lend anything to her. Sorry.

We are pretty active and DD (3.5) still loves the stroller so we are getting the joovy caboose stand on tandem stroller. It has a seat in the front for little one and big one can either stand or sit in the back on a little bench. But we also have our single snap n go from when DD was a baby so we'll use that if just going for quick errands, etc.
