Double Stroller recommendation for TALL toddler and newborn (with Pic!)
I need your help! My son will be just shy of 3 years old when we welcome his new sister to our family in late September/early October. I want to get a double so we can go to the mall, etc. while I'm on maternity leave and I'm thinking we'll have a third baby at some point so will hopefully get to use it again.
Anyway, my son is VERY tall already and will only be taller come the fall. I tried the City Mini at BRU this weekend and his head was already hitting the sunvisor. Can I get your recommendations for a good double for my tall guy and his little sister?

have you tried the combi twin sport? It had more room than the citi mini we looked at.

You might be better off with a sit and stand. There is no covering over the older child so height won't matter.

I agree with Felice. DS did not fit in the city mini either. I went with the Maclaren Twin Techno.

I was/am definitely considering a sit and stand but they just don't seem comfortable. DS will fall asleep in his stroller and stay asleep for the long haul if he's comfortable and I'd hate to lose that option. I will definitely keep your suggestion in mind though. Thanks!

the valco tri mode double is supposed to be one of the largest - but i don't know where to try it out - i am getting it without trying it out
there are some available at times on craigslist
