Stroller Hell continued! Peg rant...
So, I called Peg Perego this morning and explained my frustration with the stroller to the salesperson. Her response was "The aria is not made for everyday use...it is a light weight stroller"  What stroller would a person not use on a daily basis...She also went on to explain that the stroller was not made for city streets but for a more polished terrain (like the mall?) I am very confused! Do people have a special stroller that they only use in the mall? 
What does that mean?????

They are trying to cover their butts!  It's not the type of wheels that are the problem necessarily, it's the fact that there aren't enough of them on the twin Aria! I'm sorry you are going through this.

I went to the mall yesterday and thought to myself...Im GLAD I dont have a side by side. I would have knocked over all the clothes racks, plus Christopher was grabbing every shirt on the rack.
I am NOT liking my duoglider more and more, especially for the roads, it is great and has been through H E L L and back and still holding up.

I know a few people with the Peg Perego Duette who have zero complaints about it. I ordered it also, because I love my Pliko3~ When I tested the Aria (side by side) I found it hard to handle

How did you order it? Through a website? BRU? Still have the reciept?
If you bought it through BRU online they can look up your reciept for you and will work with you to return it.
If you ordered it through a website i'd contact them for a credit and stick with it.
I had an issue with one of strollers and i ordered through an online website, they woudn't work with me until i posted a review of them on epinions.com, then all of sudden they took back my stroller, worked with the manu. and gave me a credit.
So sorry you are having issues.
I have no problem with my side by side, i love it, I hate tandem strollers.
But def do not give up if you want to get rid of it, use all your outlets and keep talking and writing, don't stop til you get a credit and then when you do, stay away from side by side strollers that don't have that middle wheel.
