Strawberries
Opened up a package tonight and read on the label "Excellent source of Vitamin (I think C) and Folic Acid. Ooh and they tasted good too.

yah, I just read that myself in the literature my dr. gave me last night. (It said strawberries and orangles are excellent sources of vit. C). I strawberries. Guess I should go pick some up...

Get them while you can. I ate TONS of fruit all summer long, but most of it hasn't been good lately. The only things that have been really tasty recently are peaches, nectarines and apples.

Yummy!!
I am wondering why it is okay to eat strawberries and not peanut butter (as per some Dr's)
Both can be bad allergies KWIM
