Strange little cough in 7 week old

DD just started this little throat clearing cough that sounds like eh eh eh! She doesn't seem sick in any other way...should I worry about it & call the Dr?

I would only because the whooping cough is going around and VERY dangerous

You would know if it was whooping cough.. It sounds like maybe she has learned something new to do or she may have a bit of reflux..Just realized how young she is.. Call the pedi in the morning..

Yes at 7 weeks I would defiently have her looked at...especially with whopping cough and rsv. My ped always said anything under 12 weeks that's questionable should be seen

that 'eh eh eh' sound is her trying to open her airway. My son made that sound when he had pneumonia. He didn't have major symptoms, not even a real cough so when he made that noise we took a chest xray and it was pneumonia. Just get her checked asap! Good luck
