Storing breast milk
I know that I can keep bm at room temp for about 4 hours....what if I don't use it....can I then put it into the fridge or do I have to get rid of it?

Re: Storing breast milk
Or use freezer bags.... I used the Lansinoh bags, and loved them. They are good for 3 months in a conventional freezer, or 6 months in a deep freezer.

Re: Storing breast milk
Unless I used them immediately, which was rare, I put them in the fridge. After about 6-8 weeks I really started building a massive supply and began freezing some in the freezer bags, along with those in the fridge.
