Storing Breast Milk
After you pump your breastmilk, do you refrigerate it if you plan to feed your DC with a bottle later that afternoon or do you keep it out at room temperature?
Also, if you do refrigerate it, do you warm it up before feeding it to DC?
Please help

Re: Storing Breast Milk
I also refrigerate it and then warm it in a pot of hot water from the tap or under running hot tap water. If you freeze it, you can thaw it in the refridgerator or on the counter at room temp.
