Stony Brook Hospital Tour
Has anyone done a StonyBrook Hospital tour recently? How did you schedule it (through the hospital, OB?) What did you think, is it worth it?

I did, but it was part of Meet The Midwives night. You can call the hospital directly to schedule a tour.

I called the hospital directly and scheduled it. I went about a week ago. It's offered on sat and sun from 5-6. It ended up starting late and ending really late. I thought it was nice to become familiar with it but def not necessary. I actually struggled through it bc i was too close to my due date and could hardly stand/walk around for that long. So def do it earlier. Any specific questions just FM me.

Thanks so much for the info. I called and scheduled an appt. I'm due 6/17 and I didn't realize they only did them on sat and sun, so I'm scheduled to go in the week before I am due....if I'm not already there giving birth by that point, lol. I'll walk as much as I can and we'll leave if it gets to be too much.
