stomach flu
Ds is 3 almost 4. He woke up at midnight and has not stopped throwing up since. Probably slept 3-4 hours since. He has a low grade fever. When should I be worried??

I wouldn't worry unless the fever spikes. The stomach bug is usually 24 hrs or so
