Still spotting...
Spotting from 6dpo to today 9dpo. Started as brown. Now it's red. And now i have Lower back discomfort. . Looks like AF is practically here and my LP is super short. :(

I had the EXACT same thing this month. I started spotting at 6dpo and even had a little red blood, but it was DEF not AF - I have a very heavy period and this was really light. Spotted for 7 days and now it stopped. So odd!
I called my OB because this is the second month this has happened and he said not to worry yet, and to call if it happens again next month (3 months in a row). HTH!

Thanks for your reply! My AF is normally very very heavy too. And I temp as well and there is no temp dip yet... Today I'm spotting brown again. So weird!!! I wish this wasn't his stressful.

A 9 day LP is on the shorter side - you want it to be at least 10 days, but how are you confirming O? You could've Oed a day or 2 earlier than you thought?

i use fertility friend... here is my chart.
what do you think?
and its "heavy spotting" not AF yet... would the LP be measured until the 1st day of AF or when spotting starts?

You start counting at the first full day of flow.
This month could just be a fluke. Do you normally spot for so long before AF?

I spotted a lot last month too. Started taking bcomplex to help but clearly nothing so far :(((
