Still Learning!

Hi everyone! I have been lurking for some time now and I have so many questions that I am confident you can help me out with. We started TTCing this month. My last period started on September 1st and went to about the 5th. We started to BD on the 6th. I usually notice my EWCM but I haven't seen it this month. We did use an OPK and it said I was ovulating for the past few days. Could my lack of EWCM mean that I am already PG, even though the OPK says I am ovulating? I know we started BDing pre-ovulation but I am confused. Thank you and Chat Icon Chat Icon to everyone!

Also- could I be nauseous already? Its probably psychosomatic but I feel a little sick.

Re: Still Learning!

Not everyone has EWCM. I know I haven't the past few cycles. Lack of EWCM does not mean your are pregnant. If you just ovulated the past few days, I would personally wait another week before testing. It would be really eary if you are pregnant, but the nausea could be a sympton. Good Luck.

Re: Still Learning!

I didn't notice any EWCM at all when I was paying attention to my cycle. So having none doesn't necessarily mean you are or aren't pregnant.

Exactly, there are a lot of women that don't see EWCM yet O and can also get or become pg.

What is the length of your normal cycle? assuming it is 28 days, the you will probably ovulate today or tomorrow if that is what the OPK is telling you. Many people get positives for a couple of days in a row. I always got positives for 2 days, then it would go back to negative. It is a little too early for you to test positive for pregnancy unless you ovulated right after your last period, which is possible, but highly unlikely.
