I have a the same one and find it a pain in the a$$. Once the water is heated, I only get to use it for a minute or so before the light turn red and its out of steam and reheating again. Maybe I have a different model, but I now it wasn't cheap.

I purchased the Shark steampocket mop and HATE it. It never got really hot. Directions sayou have to pump it to create steam a few times. For me I had to pump it at least 10 times. It also said as you mop it would create steam from thea back and forth motion. Not so, I had to stop pump again like 6 times to continue. To me the cleaning wasn't any different than grabbing a towel running it under hot steamy water and mopping the floor with that.
I'm trying to look into other steamers that actually get hot and steamy and sanitize. I don't believe that shark even sanitizes as you leave it in one are for 30 seconds. I returned it and looking for something else.
