Staten Island Zoo
DH and I took DD there recently. If anyone is thinking about going, it's a great trip! The zoo is the perfect size for LOs. Not too big, not too small. They have a nice petting zoo area whre you can feed donkeys, goats, llamas, and pigs. They have a pony area where LOs can go on a pony ride. Nice indoor exhibit with reptiles, an aquarium and "tropical rainforest". I highly recommend it.

You're right! There's a lot of other stuff I forgot, I was just mentioning the things that popped into my head first.
I also should have mentioned the peacocks that pretty much run the joint  . It was cracking me up that they just wander around the whole zoo.

We've taken DD a bunch of times since it's a good meeting place for me in NJ and my parents in LI. It's a very cute zoo.
