Did anyone see the goats by the Staten Island Ferry this morning?

Did anyone see the goats by the Staten Island Ferry this morning?
As I was headed for the #1 train, I saw three goats, two adults and one baby. All white, with jutting circular horns. they were with two female representatives from a department store, macys or something.
Only in New York.
