Starting solids soon and i need help with my schedule!!

I am soooo confused! I'm not sure when i can actually fit feeding solids into my schedule! my boys are 4.5 months old.

My doctor said to give them solids twice a day - morning and night. I didnt want to give them solids and bottle at the same time.

here is my schedule:

between 6 and 7am: wake up, bottle
7-8:30am - back to sleep
between 9 and 10am: bottle
10:30-11:30/12: nap
between 12:30 and 1: bottle
1:30-2:30/3: nap
3:30-4: bottle
6:00pm: bottle
6:30pm: Bed

i have tried so hard to get my boys to sleep later than 6:30pm but they are literally PASSING OUT by 6:30pm and they are screaming tired exhausted by then. i feel like there aren't enough hours in the day to feed them all the food i need to feed them!

any thoughts on when i can add solids?

Heres my twins schedule (they are 7 mths so they get 3 meals a day)

630: Wake up
700: Bottle
830: Nap
900: Oatmeal and Fruit
1100: Bottle then Nap
100: Cereal and Veggie
300: Bottle
400: Nap
500: Dinner/Veggie
600: Bath
645: Bottle
700: Bedtime

My boys are horrible nappers so its easy for me to fit in three meals. I would try giving them solids maybe after they wake up from the morning nap and then again around 5pm.

i really wish i could get them to go to sleep around 7 - then i feel like i would have the extra time to fit in dinner, baths and bottles. hopefully they can make it to 7!
