No you can't. We were unable to. It is applicable to only primary residences.

No, but if you have one house in your name, and the other in your DH's name you can.

This is not true unless you are living in different houses. YOu can only get the STAR on your primary residence

The STAR program is for your PRIMARY RESIDENCE only.
In addition to having your name on the deed, you will need to show some form of ID indicating it is your primary address (i.e., driver's license, registration, voter registration card, etc.)
