stage 1 food questions

are these all the stage one fruits

apples,peaches,pears,bananas,prunes?

i always look when we go shopping but just want to make sure we covered all the stage 1

also for veggies

i have so far to try

carrots,sweet potatoes,squash(orange)

peas

which am i missing stage 1 for veggies

and finally lol..if there is no allergy to any of the fruits can i do apples then pears etc i do not have to do the same for 4 days right

Veggies stage one has green beans too. Not sure if you're missing any fruits.

If you do apples for 3 days then do pears for three days then banana for three days then go back to Apple then no you do not have to wait again in order to have pears or banana. But you are supposed to wait after trying something new. Just because there isn't an allergy to one fruit doesn't mean they're all safe.

stage 1 food questions

The first time you introduce a differnt food you should do it for 3 days so if a reaction occurs you know which one it was but once they cleared that you can mix them up

As to my memory you got all the foods the only one i can think of that you missed is green beans

I think green beans are the only one that you're missing.

I did each new food for 3 days before introducing a new one. You have to test each new food separately.
