St. Catherines
Has anyone delivered there before? What are there visiting hours like? Do you know what kind of formula they use? Any other feedback would be great.
I delivered my first at St. Charles, i know they are "sister" hospitals but still nervous.
TIA

Re: St. Catherines
I delivered at St. Catherines 2 years ago and it was fine. The nurses in L&D were wonderful. The ones in post part. were okay. They gave out Similac formula, the Lactation Consultant over there was helpful but I was unable to nurse. You have to share a room, which is prob the same as St. Charles. Overall, it was a good experience. I was there a week and a half before I had my son (emergency c) on bedrest so any other question please ask. They are very strict about visiting hours. The father can stay all day/ evening but guest are limited. I think it was 11-1 and 2-4, something like that. Good luck!

I delivered there in 2011. The nurses in l&d were great. I was 28 weeks and fully dilated. As for anything else I can't answer I was only there 12 hours.
