It's a public pool with a small sprinkler area, waterslide and park.

My DS really enjoyed it last year 
The sprinkler part has trucks they can climb on and buckets that tip over etc...
They have a kiddie pool ( maybe 18" deep I'm guessing) and a large pool with a waterslide.....

I posted the prices the other day, I forget off hand, but I think $5 for adult residents of Brookhaven, $3 for children.
It's nice, but honestly the times we have went it was VERY busy since the local school camps go there. Just get there when they open (11am) so you can get a chair.
They have a snack bar too, which is always nice

I'm sure that they must be open by now, but you can always call the # on the Town of Brookhaven site...
I haven't been there since last summer, but I do remember that "open play" if you want to call it that, started after swimming lessons were over in the AM - can't recall the time though !
