Spring Meadow & Nob Hill complexes
My FH and I are just starting to look for somewhere to live. Does anyone have any information about either of these two developments? I know that Spring Meadow are co-ops and Nob Hill are condos, but can anyone share info as to which (if either) is better to live in? Are small dogs allowed in either?
Any information or insight would be appreciated. Thanks!!

My sister lives in Nob Hill. She lives on the South side though which is managed by Fairfield Properties (horrible management company!). The North side is much nicer, they have security at the entrance at night and their grounds are a lot nicer.

Supposedly they have someone that stands in the guard house, but when I've been there I've never seen that person. The North side, there is a person in the guard house and there is a gate and someone stands at the gate also.
