If you want to save it so you can upload it to a website to order prints, you first have to see what formats they accept, the same would be true if you want to bring the file somewhere to be printed.
Most places will accept JPEG or TIFF. Once you know what file format you need go to:
File>Save As
when the save as dialog box pops up you click on the format drop down and choose your file type.
Be sure to note WHERE the file is being saved before you close the dialog box so you can find it again.

I use mpix.com. Their quality is good and they are fast.

I've heard great things about mPix.com but haven't used them myself yet.

What about envelopes? Where do you buy them?

I have used seehere.com for Christmas cards, thank you cards and books and have been happy with the results. I have also used Shutterfly and was not at all satisfied with the quality, I won't use them again.
For local Drugstore prints I have been happy with CVS, Walgreens was OK and I will not go to Rite Aid - the ones I have been to use photo printers not a photo process and the results have always been poor.
If I need really high quality prints I go to a local print house (I am Upstate though so it would be a bit far ). The advantage of finding a print house is personalized service, proofs and they will often let you work on the file right in the shop to make minor adjustments. They are much more expensive though.
I have not used mpix, but people on this site do rave about it
I'm glad I was able to help
ETA: seehere.com includes envelopes when you order invites.
