Spray tan
I want to get a spray tan this weekend. I've had it done once but wasn't crazy about the place. I was hoping another place would be better. Can anyone recommend a place near Holbrook/Sayville/Bohemia area? And has anyone used Beach Bum? I know there's on in Patchogue. tIA!

I always recommend Beach Bum. Just make sure you do airbrush tanning and not spray tanning. Spray tanning is the booth, which I find always comes out streaky. Airbrush tanning is where someone actually sprays you with the little gun, so leave your modesty at the door!

Thank you. I wasn't sure lol. I had air brush done once and I feel I looked yellow. I'm hoping it was just the place. I want to have some color for this weekend but I don't want to do regular tanning. I'll give them a call.

I always use Beach Bum air brush. Make sure when you go to sleep you wear long sleeves and pants or leggings to bed.

Definitely no yellow at Beach Bum! And I've done the lightest color and the medium color.

YES! I was so insecure at first but got over it quick. I LOVED it!

YES! I was so insecure at first but got over it quick. I LOVED it!
It's funny because I had someone come to my house. Before she came we were emailing about how I should prep, what to do, what to wear etc. She said to wear a bathing suit.
So when she arrived I had my bathing suit on and she said- do you want to go topless- it's up to you.
I asked- well do you recommend that? She said honestly yes because you will avoid tan lines should you be wearing a dress or top or bikini with a different line than the one you have on now.
I hesistated because I am really not comfy topless and I had just met this woman- but finally was like screw it-
And took off my top. It was a bit akward standing there in just a bikini bottom while a stranger sprayed me with an air gun  but like you said, you get over it fast.
Plus my girl was just super nice and made me feel so comfortable.
