Sprained foot..
Here it is 2:30 in the morning and I cant sleep. Yesterday after leaving work I fell and sprained my foot. I am in such pain I cant even walk. All I can do is stay in bed...but of course I have to get up like a million times to pee and just walking to the bathroom takes me forever I have some questions..
1- I know Tylenol is the only safe thing to take during pregnancy so, what mg is safe and how much can I take?
2-Would a visit to the ER be necessary? I feel since they cant do xrays all they will do is tell me to take tylenol and put ice on it.
Any advice would be appreciate.

First off,  ! So sorry to hear- that must be awful to deal with while pregnant!
As for the Tylenol- you can take anything up to the recommended dose on the bottle, either regular or extra strength. As long as you don't exceed the recommended dosage, you're fine. Not sure about going to the ER. For me, I think it would depend how severe the pain was. If you feel you can manage it worth ice and Tylenol, I'd say don't bother with the ER. If it's worse than that, or if it gets worse at all, I'd probably go. Hope you feel better soon!

Thank you! I took two tylenols and Im already feeling a lot better.

I would go to an orthopedist or a podiatrist to see if they can offer something more than "ice it" feel better
