Can you bend over? Pull a shirt over your head? Lower yourself on a chair?

If you can do all these things without incredible levels of pain, then you are ok.

no, it all hurts too much. im loaded up on aleve right now.

yesterday i was screaming in pain.

even walking hurts.

Definately sprained it- I did that in high school- worst pain ever! Especially when they made me change for PE even though I had a doctors note

I once thought I sprained my tail bone, but it turned out to be a cyst at the very bottom of my tail bone... was the worst pain I've ever felt!

i have pinched nerves in my tail bone and man when it swells up i want to die what helps is warm moist heat, followed by the blue stuff that you can rub on your back. then a nice rub and then wait 20 min, then strech it out which ever way you can, fell better sweety
