Re: spotting
I did with implantation bleeding at 4 weeks with this baby.
At 12 weeks with Jeremy (placenta hit a blood vessel)
And at 5 weeks when I M/C'd
If it is brown its old blood and ok but if its red and you start getting cramps it might not be ok.

Re: spotting
I started spotting at 10 weeks and I also freaked out- but here I am at 27 weeks and everything is fine. No explanation was given, my doctor just said it just happens.

Re: spotting
I spotted at I think it was 5 and 7 weeks and I am now 31 weeks. Did you call your doctor? Mine either took blood for a beta # or did a sono to make sure e/t was ok.

Whats a beta #? My dr's office nurse said "Just come in your regular appt (Oct 3). It's pretty normal and even if you are starting to m/c there is nothing that can be done". WHAT? Thats not what I needed to hear.

Re: spotting
I suggest you find another OB office. There are plenty out there that wouldnt give you an answer like that.

I know, but I love the doctors. She is a nasty thing though that nurse.

Re: spotting
I've spotted on and off since implantation. There are some things that will make you spot, like having sex, and that's perfectly all right. You're cervix has a lot of blood in it and a little irritation can cause you to spot.

Re: spotting
I have light pink spotting today...I am 8 weeks...the Dr. said this was completely normal and due to the possible softening of the cervix. I have an appt on Monday morning....so we will see. i am just going to try to take it easy. Good Luck
