Absolutely. In a heartbeat. We ALMOST hired a live-in right before Jake was born. But she turned out to want waaay too much in pay and benefits.
But, she was going to live with us mon-fri. Weekends she would go off and stay with her family. A nanny doesn't have to raise your kids for you. I'm a full time working mother and it would be a huge help to have someone around mostly for cleaning and household chores to give ME more time to spend with my son. I can't say I would never let a nanny do the nighttime feedings but I certainly wouldn't make it a habit.
