spinoff to recent cool purchases... DS's new car!
one more step to full-fledged adulthood!!!
today, my son officially has his own ride.
he was visiting for the weekend and to pick up the car. this is the first time he's driving himself back to the base.
you can imagine that this mommy is a nervous wreck. it's a long drive and he hasn't done much driving in california. so i'm staring at my phone until i get a call that he's arrived safe and sound.
as you can see by the lovely pictures, he wasn't in the mood to pose for mommy's pictures. he kept telling me to put my phone down.
i'm just so proud of him. he bought that bad boy CASH. he is so much more grown up and well-adjusted than his mother will ever be.
