Spinoff To Prenatal Vitamins
I was wondering is it a good idea to start taking them if you are TTC? Thanks.

It is a good idea but I don't think it's a must.
I'm not taking them but I do take a multi-vitamin, extra vitamin C and folic acid every day. I would be doing this whether we were TTC or not.

My Dr suggested I should at least 1-3 months before TTC. I started them end of Aug and got my BFP in Nov.

My doctor told me that in his experience, he has seen that women who started their prenatals b4 actually conceiving had a lower MS rate... Their bodies were already adjusted to the vitamin which in some women (I know I'm one of them) gets them super sick...
