Spinoff to PB Duvet Cover
What's the trick to getting the comforter / quilt in there? I always have such difficulty.

I turn it inside out, tie it into the corners and then right side out and shake it a bit to fluff.
I also remember seeing a way of folding it that could make it easy.

It's always a 2 person job. DH and I always do it together since it's a PIA. We both grab a corner and start working it down. One of us shakes it out.
