Spinoff to my if it's yellow let it mellow post: Is it okay for guys to not wash their hands after using the bathroom
So if you read my if it's yellow let it mellow post then you know that I share a house with my sister and BIL (only until July, that's when they move out thank goodness) and that when they use the bathroom in the middle of the night they don't flush the toilet and it drives DH and I crazy.
WELL... it turns out that my BIL not only doesn't flush, but he never washes his hands when he pees. (I PRAY that he does when his situation is more serious). We noticed because he gets up, slams the bathroom door closed, pees, then the second the toilet flushes the door opens. No time to wash. I said something to my sister sort of as a joke and sort of to find out and she said he doesn't! That he doesn't see the need because his man parts are clean and he isn't touching his urine, just himself.
I'm SOOO grossed out. He touches everything in my house, does this mean there is nastiness all over my house now lol. I sprayed everything with Lysol. AND they have a 3 week old that he obviously holds with his nasty hands lol.
Is it just me? What to you think, is it okay for guys to not wash their hands?

Not okay!  I am a huge germaphobe. I don't get it, wash your freakin hands after you hold your junk and potentional touch pee, lol. I am completely skeeved by anyone not washing their hands after using the bathroom.

I don't have a penis so I can't really say how 'dirty' your hands get.. but I can say that for MY boys it is not even a discussion. They use the bathroom, they wash their hands. No matter what.

Not ok but hard to handle without causing him embarrassment.
Maybe your sister can say something.
Or maybe you do have to follow him around with lysol until he gets the point.

we had this discussion at a place I used to work at...a lot of the guys admitted that if they just do #1 then they don't wash. And this was a place where we all shared computers and equipment. All the girls were mortified! we always disinfected the stations before we sat at them, but still

Its absolutely disgusting. If you are handling your junk you should wash your hands. Unfortunately I dont think DH does
ETA: I must apologize. I just asked DH is he washes his hand after urinating and he said yes.  what a relief

The same thing happened at my workplace and I was completely grossed out. I started lysoling each time someone used my computer. Your sister needs to talk to him or maybe you can put a sign on the door.

1000000% NOT OK for a guy to not wash his hands after touching his penis and peeing!! sorry! wash them you dirty fock!!
I know a lot of guys think this way. It's disgusting. wash your friggen hands!!!
If a guy thinks his parts are clean and it's OK to touch them and then not wash... then his hands are dirty and thus dirtying up his penis and making it dirty... it then compounds!! so really there's no logic in that type of thinking at all.

Agreed and it drives me flippin' nuts when DH doesn't wash his hands! 
To me, it isn't even the touching the junk part. It's ALSO touching the toilet seat and the flusher.

I think that anyone who uses the bathroom should wash hands & it's uterly distgusting to me if they don't.
Just wondering b/c I recently discovered this about someone I know too but now that you know this info about BIL, do you force him to wash his hands before he picks up your DS?

not okay in fact I think its worse for guys to not wash their hand then women since their hands have to actually touch their parts

9 our of 10 times i absolutely do... however there are those times that i have looked around the bathroom im in and said to myself... "my junk is WAAAAYYY cleaner then ANYTHING in this bathroom... no need to wash"
