Re: Spinoff to Ironing Post...

As I said on the other thread, I don't really buy too many clothes that need ironing. It is just too much of a hassle. But, I also go to work in jeans everyday, so it is easier for me to avoid it Chat Icon

Sorry, no, not me, not ever.
I send everything to the dry cleaners. The only luxury I allow myself.

Re: Spinoff to Ironing Post...

I iron every day. And I iron DH clothes too. He hasn't used the iron in over 3 years.

I even ironed his clothes before I packed his suitcase for his trip this week. I iron all his shirts, button them up and fold them very carefully so he has very few wrinkles when he takes them out of his suitcase. I'm a bit obsessive, and I curse myself everytime I pack his suitcase. I do such a great job, that now it's MY JOB to iron and pack for him. I don't really like it.

Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon Love it! I'm the same way. I have a downy wrinkle release spray. I spray the clothes, through them in the dryer for the wrinkle release cycle and they usually come out nice and crisp. I'll only iron if I absolutely HAVE to.
