I go at least twice...
once in the 3-4 am range, and then about 6 or 6:30 when dh gets up.
I then go again around 7:45 when I get up.
I know I know...I'm "special"

only when I wake up.
Rarely, but I do remember having to pee so badly at night a few times that I dreamt I was peeing.

Only when I was preggo...now I'm too lazy...I'd rather hold it (although painful at times) and fall back asleep...you'll do anything to sleep when you're a parent!

Rarely do I get up in the middle of the night to pee.
If I do, it's usually a sign that a dreaded UTI is lingering.

I do, once a night. Its probably cause I have a galss of water before bed and I also keep a glass of water on my night table.

Never!
I actually refuse to get up. I normally just sleep though the night... but if I wake up and feel like I have to pee, I will myself to go back to sleep. I won't get out of bed!
Even when I was pregnant, I wouldn't get up!!! I'm lazy!!!
ETA: DH on the other hand... now that's a whole other story!!!

sometimes I wake up about 10 mins before the alram goes off and I really have to pee!!  I hate waking up before the alarm!!

Generally I dont...but if I am woken up in the middle of the night (car alarm, one of the children, etc) I'll usually get up and pee.
