Poison - they were awful live!!! Although Tesla opend up for them and theywere awesome!
The 80s were such a funny time, I kinda miss hair bands and rocker ballads

Sugar Ray at Jones Beach.... He opened for Goo Goo Dolls and I had no desire to hear him whatsoever... It didn't help that it was pouring rain and I was getting soaked

it was a rap concert---and i swear I can't even remember the people that performed. as a matter of fact the headliner---never showed up. we waited 3 hrs for the show to start late--and then he never came out---the rest of the acts suuuuuucked.
i was beyond p*sssed and told DH i would never go to a rap concert ever again after that. (he loves it--me not as much)

I saw Guns 'n' Roses & Metallica back in '91 or '92. Faith No More opened, they were...eh. Metallica was amazing, but when it came time for G'n'R, they played for about 45 minutes, then Axl Rose threw a tantrum & walked off the stage, and didn't come back. 
Plus, the 2 people in front of me were high as a couple of kites and were standing on their chairs and kept toppling back towards us - I was convinced they were going to crush us. One of the guys we were with actually was propping one of them up at one point.

Same as my 1st concert. Family Values Tour at Nassau Coliseum.
I thought it was good then, but now after seeing so many other great shows - that one stunk!
We had floor seats, it was just my sister and my neighbor with me. My sister was 18, I was 16 and my neighbor was probably 12 or 13. We thought that we were going to be killed in the mosh pit, so left the floor and went and sat in some seats.
The usher almost didn't let us sit there, then we had two older guys that kept standing up in front of us and we couldn't see - they were dancing like crazy when Run DMC was playing!

John Melloncamp at Jones Beach. His band was really good, but after each song he would walk off stage to smoke a cigarette and then come back on when it was time to sing again.

I won the tickets from some LI radio station in the parking lot of Tanger cause I knew how to yodel.
The concert was HORRIBLE!!!
She introduced every song with:
"This song is for my friend who died suddenly"
"This song is for my friend who commited suicide."
"This song is for my friend who recently died from AIDS"
Real uplifting.

My worst was Sugar Ray as well!! At Roseland ... and I think we only went because they were opening for someone we wanted to see but we left in the middle of their set!!!

I would have to say it was a DMB (bite your tongue!) show I went to with PMonty (the new chick on the boards). They sounded horrible and so weren't into it. I believe they cancelled a few shows after that. They were so off key and the songs just sounded weird. We couldn't even figure out until the chorus what each song was!

Celine Dion in Vegas...boring and totally not worth the $$$$
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Van Morrison....DH took me last year for my bday and I was utterly dissapointed, I was  about it.
As much as I love U2, I saw them at Giants Stadium during their Pop Mart tour and while we had awesome awesome seats, I thought the concert sucked!

Wu Tang Clan at the Cotillion Terrace waaaaaaaayyyyy back in the day.
they were very late and VERY high...didn't know the words and just kept jumping into the audience.

My much older sisters dragged me to see Gary Puckett and the Union Gap, Herman's Hermits and the Grass Roots sometimes in the 80s. Old men in leather pants are scary.

Gwen Stefani at MSG. her voice was horrible and her stage was nothing special. It was just her and her dancing harajuku girls. DH and I left early.
the black eyed peas opened and they were awesome. they should have been the headliner.
