Spinoff: Tampon
i usually leak out of my tampon right from the insertion.
am i like, too big, or something? ew.
i have to wear a lightdays / pantiliner with a tampon, so what's the point?
any pointers?

for the first three or maybe two days i am the same. personally i use the old school tampax plus and umm reallllllly get it on up there...and trust me....i have a big hoohaa!! lol
the first night or two i have to use a pad to sleep after that i am fine.
any of the other tampons just dont cut it for me.
oh and first few days i change once and hour to once every few hours... gl!

are you using the right absorbency?
Maybe you can try using super plus in the beginning.. and then as the flow eases, switch to super and so forth..

I was thinking the same thing. I swear by OB tampons...my friends make fun of me and say they are finger pushers... I don't care they are the best! Plus, they are better for the environment with no applicator
