Real quick PP question (re: tampon use)
I'm probably fine doing this at this point, but when can you start using tampons for your periods (not PP bleeding) once they start up again. I'm 4 months PP... I'm guessing it's okay? Package instructions offer nothing and I can't see calling my OB/GYN for such a question. LOL

You should totally be fine. I got AF about 3 months PP and used a tampon the first time. No problems, but they are heavier than usual so on the heavy day I use a panty liner with it.
