Spinoff #149 to Pinterest -- Share What You've Done!
So it's easy to just pin an idea, recipe, DIY project, etc. but I thought it would be fun to share which pins you've actually completed!
I joined 9 days ago and I'm proud (and surprised!) to say I've utilized 4 pins and working on a 5th! I don't cook, I don't craft, I don't bake (with the exception of ready-bake cookies!), or anything of that nature... until Pinterest came into my life.
So, this is what I've done so far...
DIY Coasters -- Did this tonight!
Steak Marinade
"Homemade" Popcorn
Carmelitas -- OMG SO YUM!
And this is what I'm working on -- I already got a frame from Home Goods but I need to paint it.

I made: Crockpot Chicken Garlic and Parm Chicken I liked it. DH didn't.

I tried a few recipes mostly. But I also tried the gummy bears in vodka! They DO soak up the vodka and they are still pretty tasty! I bought some to use for the superbowl this weekend.

Sweet Baby Rays Crock Pot Chicken - I loved it but chicken was so tender I ended up pulling it.
Macaroni & Cheese - it's good. Just a typical mac & cheese.
Coconut Chicken - delish!
Clean oven racks - they came out spotless! I would recommend doing this in a well ventilated area and you really do not need a lot of ammonia.
How to clean the ven door glass - it does work but not as easily as the blogger makes it sounds. It took some scrubbing to get all the grease off the glass. It was also kind of messy (probably user error). But...it's never been as clean as it is right now.
Plus I scrapbook and used lots of layouts I pined for inspiration.

I did a ton (mostly Xmas stuff)
paper towel roll art:
Reindeer footprints
Button Ornaments
Family Tree handprints
Snowman family ornament made with fingerprints from each family member
3-D Valentines Day Cards for the kids classes
Old cabinet in basement = Kitty Litter Hider (best idea yet!)
There is a cat door on the back panel for her to get in and out.
I also got the inspiration to reupholseter our dining room chairs. I know its not a "pinterst" thing, but I never realized how easy it would be until I saw the pinterest pin with the two pictures, and I thought "that looks really simple"
I have tons of other things too! We just moved in November so pinterest has been great for house ideas! I also get a lot of inspiration for photography from there!

About sums it up for me. I've made a few recipes and have some inspiration for crafts, but nothing done yet. Though I have DIY artwork for my boys room all printed an dready to go. Just need to spray paint frames

I've tried a few different apparel ensembles that I wouldn't have thought to do on my own - I tend to stick with neutral colors, so adding a few pops of color here and there have been fun 
I've also made a few recipes:
Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff - This was VERY good
SkinnyTaste - Sesame Crusted Baked Chicken - Made these last night and they were delicious
SkinnyTaste - Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice - I've made this before I discovered Pinterest, but I love it
Easy Garlic Chicken - This was good, and simple
Hasselback Potatoes - These were fun...and DH loved them
Slow Cooker Parmesan Pork Roast - We were not a fan of this one

It was really easy and super cheap! I made 8. The tiles were like .17 at Home Depot. I'll post a picture when I can!

Havarti Almond Turkey Burgers
- These were AMAZING!
Panko Crusted Salmon - Good recipe.
Healthy Cookie Dough Dip Kinda gross, you could taste the chickpeas overwhelming flavor.
Chicken Broccoli Casserole Stay away! Unless you love butter, whole milk & ritz crackers together. For us, it was way too heavy and left us feeling gross afterwards.
Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls - Yummy!
Buffalo Chicken Dip - My favorite Pinterest find yet. So bad, but SO GOOD. Like crack.
Jalapeno Crescent Poppers- Good party food.
Pico De Gallo Used this in a layered mexican dip with sour cream, refried beans, wholly guacamole, topped with shredded cheddar cheese & chopped scallions- DELICIOUS!
PF Changs Lettuce Wraps Really good but very tedious & time consuming to make. I was too exhausted to eat them by the time I was done.

Nutella Pound Cake Didn't come out looking like that for me! :(
Cream Cheese Pound Cake Good but a little too sweet for me.
No Sew Fleece Blanket So simple and my son LOVES his!
Brocolli and Cheese Casserole Lightened it up with skim milk and reduced fat crackers. Also added pasta to stretch it a bit. Pretty yummy but needs to be tweaked a little bit.
Oh! Forgot this one!
Motorcycle Dipaer Cake Too cute for words and super simple!
