Spinoff - Stimulus Tax Rebate
are you going to use your check to shop? it seems like that is what the gov't wants us to do with it, to stimulate the economy.

I'm finally going to buy my camera + gear!
I'm tempted to use the rebate to cover part of the cost of the much more expensive nad drool-worthy D300, but it
s impractical.
Maybe $600 will buy a fisheye lens or something!

Part for bills and part for a new patio set. Ours is ghetto right now. It is all rusty and I planned on buying it in June anyway.. So now I am using the stimulus check for it.

we are lucky in that we have no debt (besides student loans- which I don't really count b/c the interest on that debt is lower than what I earn in my savings acct).
we will take DD's share and put it in her account.
Then I think we'll sock 1/2 of the money into buying plane tickets for us to visit family in FLA .
Then we'll buy some stuff for our house- patio set, some carpet tiles...
so that way we are buying stuff and saving too...
