sperm analysis - advice?

DH is going to have one done this week - my dr suggested doing that before sending me to an RE.

my question is.. has anyone's DH done it and can they let me/him know what to expect?
he's a little nervous about it

i just want to give him an idea of what he should expect - he's very anxious

All my DH had to do was give a sample in a sterile cup they gave us, he had to drop it off at the lab within 1hr

My DH had to go to the Dr's office to give a sample. They put him in a small room (like a regular exam room) with a small tv. He said it was pretty uncomfortable, but in fairness, it's much less invasive then the tests we have to endure, so I didn't have too much sympathy for him.
