Special Needs GTG with Updated date
Ok- I am just going to go ahead and throw out a day/time and hope for the best.
It's seems like my first try didn't work for anyone.
How about Tuesday April 10th at 10 am. This is April break at our school so hopefully at most schools. By then it will be playground weather. There is a really nice fenced in playground called Lake Ronkonkoma County Park off of portion road. It's a handicapped accessible park with ramps, 2 playsets, swings and a handicapped swing and has a gate to prevent escapees.
Hopefully because school is out people will have more flexibility with their schedules.

I wish we could go! DS has therapy. Crossing my fingers it'll be on a Wed or Fri afternoon next time. Have fun!

no can do. DS doesn't get home from school until 3:30 and since this is out in Suffolk it would take me at least a half hour just to get there
ETA: i am not sure i would take DS to the library... def not a place for him to be.. lol

The date and time works for me (it is actually perfect). I can however envision DS unshelving all the books
ETS: I have no better idea for a confined play place
I guess I need to open a place

DS has therapy at 10 but we will bring his therapist along Feel free to utilize her!
DS is 2 1/2 with PDD-NOS diagnosis.
