Speaking of Vegan - meatloaf
They cater lunch at my job and since I can't eat meat on Friday I will have to try the Vegan meatloaf. I hope it taste good.
I have a green smoothie as a back up.

I having a feeling Jesus would understand. Even HE wouldn't condone vegan meatloaf.
I mean there is sacrifice and all, but that is just way beyond Lenten sacrifice.

Is it made with fake meat or is it more of a lentil/grains thing? I've had it made both ways and lentil/grains is the way to go.
That said...don't know if I'd follow up either with a green smoothie LOL...that might be a disASSter

It was really good, it wast like a veggi burger meatloaf style. People were actually saying the chicken was bland lol and it was called devils chicken.
I also like my green smoothies but I'm on a health kick, so I will have it for dinner.
