Spare room design - help me!!
Hi!
I live in a levitt ranch. The front bedroom on first floor is small, it has been repurposed as the laundry room. there is a butt-ugly desk in there going to the curb, i mainly use laptop so put my desktop in the closet for children.
I was thinking of a comfy chair (don't know where to start) and a book shelf.
maybe a screen to hide the washer / dryer.

I would get the screen and use the rest of the space as a little sitting are. Maybe a comfy oversized chair. Do u fold laundry in there? If u do I would get a little t.v. So u can watch while u fold. Make it into your little "getaway" room
Or u could make it into a hobby room. Do u scrapbook or sew?

I would probably make it into a nice laundry / storage room. But some nice cabinets along the bottom with nice counters to fold.
Maybe add a tall cabinet/closet to store coats or an ironing board.

The entire left side (not in picture) are closets, i am good with storage. but i definitely want low, long bookcase to go under window.
I don't iron.
