Hey All,

IF so, did you o regularly?
What were your results?
Any info would be awesome!

Re: Soy Isoflavone
i tried it twice. i have PCOS and wasnt Oing on my own. the first cycle i did 55mg cd4-8 and i did O but not until CD32 so i doubt at that point it was the soy. the next cycle i did 110mg cd 3 & 4 and 165mg cd5-7. i had an anov cycle.
i would only try it if you already have ovulation problems and are considering clomid. otherwise i wouldnt mess with something if it isnt broken.

Re: Soy Isoflavone
I tried it last month, b/c the month before last was an anovulatory cycle. I used 140 mgs from cd5-9. While it didn't get me a bfp, I had much more ewcm, a definite temp spike on my chart, and much less mid-LP spotting than I've had since I went off of bc pills. But I don't know if I'd take it again.
It's supposed to have a similar effect on the body as Clomid. If you're set on using it, take the same amount at the same time five consecutive days early in your cycle. DO NOT take it throughout your cycle. If you have a history of cysts, or a thyroid issue, do NOT take soy.
But I agree w/the PP - if it ain't broken, don't fix it...
