Sorta TMI (embarrassing)question
So DH and i finally was able to DTD (do the deed) yesterday. Poor guy hasnt gotten any since we conceived
Anyway, today i feel like im sore in the pelvic region. I know that O cant make your uterus contract and now im all worried that i shook things up in there. Any thoughts/advice?

Unless you are on pelvic rest- you should be fine.

totally normal hon....
i bet it's the same 'soreness' i had from the speculum being inserted into me 4 times about a month or so ago...
as long as you don't have cramps or spotting, you should be fine!
