sorry to crash
hi ladies, I just came off the pill and am not ttc but am feeling crampy adn having minor spotting here around where I should be ovulating. Is that normal mid cycle? Been on the pill so long and last time I came off it I got pg right away so don't know what is going on here. You wouldn't spot w/implantation right???? Someone please tell me what this could be! Thanks!!!

It takes at least 7 days from ovulation for implantation - so it would be too soon for that. It just might be your body adjusting to being off the pill...
