Sorry, another GTT question
Do I absolutely have to get one? My last pregnancy I got one, and I passed, and everything in this pregnancy has been prefect. Is it absolutely necessary, or is there a chance I can talk my way out of it??

I hate to say it but IMO the answer is yes. You can ask your OB but I would say it would be like telling them not to check for anemia run routine blood work. Every pregnancy is different and if you have GD it can have serious complications to the baby if it goes undiagnosed so I would say it is worth doing the test.

yes, because every pregnancy is different. my mother, for example, had GD for her second pregnancy, but not her first or third.
