I definitely cried when he was going "home" and Meadow was calling for him. I could totally relate when we found my dad after he had fallen off the roof and he was not responding. It brought me back right to that moment.

so agree i am glad this week i did not have to wear my psychology hat too long
the 'going home' piece was fantastic
briefcase = life
green trees+voices = Meadow calling him back

When Tony's cousin tells him to go ahead in to the "reunion", that everyone's waiting for him, you assume that was his mother in the doorway with the bun. First you see the side of her hair, then the back/bun. She's in a typical looking long dress for her .

What a great episode!!! I actually thought they were going to end it with the white lights and Meadow calling after him. I thought it would have been an amazing cliffhanger had they ended it then.
I couldn't help but laugh at Tony banging on the walls though trying to get Paulie to shut up!
And the look on Carmela's face was priceless when she turned back to the elevator. I can't wait for Tony to find out about that one!

He was having a near death experience. He was going "home" and seeing all of his relatives and the child calling was Meadow.
