ANyone else have experience with a very sore "area" Is this just a preview of how its going to feel after vag. delivery???

Re: sooooo sensitive!
The blood supply and nerves are just on overdrive. Before DS was born, I was VERY sore. We tried (and did) but it was too much.
After DS was born, the pain in the "area" was intense, but didn't last long. Lots of ice and ICE cold witch hazel helps with the soreness and episiotomy (if you get one).

Re: sooooo sensitive!
I've been like this for most of my pregnancy! I feel really bad for DH, but he cannot come near the area. It gets better and worse, but there have been a lot of times when icing the area has really helped. I hope it goes back to normal fairly soon after this little one is born - I miss

Re: sooooo sensitive!
I think after you give birth your Dr will say no for 6+ weeks! So he has a bit of a wait. You should be fairly healed up by then.
